Sales and Parts Storage Expansion, Scoggin-Dickey Parts Department (Lubbock, TX) 

Scoggin-Dickey added approximately 44,000 sf for parts storage and approximately 7,500 for inside sales and parts display. The building additions are currently in the construction phase of the project. The total air conditioning equipment capacity being installed for the sales area is 23 tons. The existing and new parts storage areas have been designed for new evaporative cooling. In addition, the vehicle maintenance area was upgraded to new evaporative cooling. The vehicle maintenance area also received an upgraded oil collection and reclamation system.
